Smart Monitoring of Food Safety Using IoT and AI Technologies

Problem: Maintaining consistent food safety standards in storage and transportation environments is challenging due to variations in temperature, humidity, and handling conditions.

Method: An integrated system combining IoT sensors and AI-based analytics was developed to monitor environmental conditions in real-time. Data collected from sensors was processed using predictive models to identify potential safety risks.

Result: The system enhanced monitoring accuracy and provided early warnings for potential hazards, reducing food spoilage and improving overall safety management in supply chain operations.
